for various Topic Based programs.

Our approach to Training is Serious and Unique. That’s one of the reasons that we are the only
ones in India to regularly conduct Topic based Trainer’s Training Programs also.
While conducting programs care is taken that Principles of Adult Learning are used and
implemented.
In each program we follow a 5-Step Approach:
Trainers Profile:
All our trainers are experienced Surveyors in field of Marine Cargo, Marine Engineering, and Marine
Insurance. Also the Trainers have a vast experience of corporate training and industrial trainings,
which makes our training programs as the best in the industry.
Titles/ Topics:
We are regularly invited to conduct programs on:
1. Draft Surveys
2. Liquid Cargo Surveys (On board and Ashore operations)
3. Container Inspections
4. Container Cargo Stuffing Operations
5. Marine Cargo Survey
6. Hatch Cover Inspections and Testing
Duration:
Depending upon the program and also depending upon the depth of course coverage, each of the
above Titles can be conducted as a 1/2 day or 1 day or more than a days program.
Methodology:
The methodology used is highly interactive. The method of presentation is participative and skill-
oriented. In addition to short lectures, discussions, case studies, there are group exercises, etc.
